Children’s Mobile Response
A Family Focused Approach
Children’s Mobile Response (CMR) uses a family focused approach to help infant thru-age 21 experiencing a behavioral or emotional crisis. If a child is experiencing any of the following symptoms that interfere with life at home or at school, we will send a trained professional to the home.
- Anxiety
- Oppositional or defiant behaviors
- Suicidal thoughts
- Depression
- Refusal to attend school
- Self-mutilation (not requiring emergency treatment
Children’s Mobile Response services are designed to defuse an immediate crisis, maintain a safe living environment for the child and family, prevent inappropriate hospitalizations and reduce the need for out-of-home placements. Services include:

What is (IIC/BA) Intensive In-Community Services
Intensive In-Community (IIC) Services are a type of behavioral health service provided in the youth’s home or community setting to address emotional and behavioral challenges. These short-term, goal-oriented services are delivered by licensed practitioners and aim to stabilize youth and families, prevent the need for more intensive interventions, and improve functioning at home and in the community.
Intensive In-Community Services (IIC):
Focus:
IIC services focus on restoring a youth’s level of functioning after a behavioral health event or major life stress.
Setting:
Services are delivered in the youth’s home or another community location, rather than in an office setting.
Intervention:
IIC interventions may include individual or family therapy, skill-building, and psycho-education.
Goal:
The primary goal is to stabilize the youth and family, promote positive behaviors, and improve overall functioning within the home and community.
